Hi, I’m Andy, a property photographer based in Launceston and the photographer behind Property Portraits by Andy Davies Photography. I work with estate agents, property developers, homeowners and holiday let owners who want clean, professional imagery that presents their property at its very best.

We recently had Andy photograph our Cornish holiday let and couldn’t be happier with the results. He brought his drone along and captured the exact atmosphere we were hoping for — the landscape, the setting, and the overall feel of the property really shine through in the images. The interior shots are fantastic: warm, homely, and full of attention to detail. He spent loads of time making sure everything was perfect, and it really shows in the final photos. Professional, patient, and creative — we’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to showcase their property at its absolute best.

Lovely guy to work with and great publicity shots taken. Andy came out today to photograph our holiday cottage with particular emphasis on being dog friendly. We asked Andy to come and take some photos of our holiday letting cottage and land for a new website and we’re delighted with the results – he has a really acute visual imagination which means he’s able to pick out just the right angles to take the killer shot of whatever he’s photographing, whether it’s shots of the whole building or individual rooms, down to the sort of close-up details that really give the viewer a sense of the place.
